We take our photography very seriously and we think it important to be an active and qualified member of at least one professional organisation.
We belong to three, The British Institute of Professional Photographers, The Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers and The Master Photographers Association.
Each of the associations offers invaluable training and the qualifications you need to be a real professional. They also offer you, our client, a standard of competence which will reassure you that your wedding day photography is in safe hands.
British Institute of Professional Photography
The British Institute of Professional Photography (BIPP) is the qualifying body for professional photographers in the UK. We benefit from BIPP's support, mentorship and training and the LBIPP qualification shows that you are commissioning a real professional with guaranteed standards.
The Master Photographers Association
The MPA was the first association we joined and we recognise the advice and training we gained when we successfully changed our focus from
video and film production to wedding photography ten years ago.
The Master Photographers Association is the UK's only organisation for full-time, qualified photographers, all of whom are bound by the association's Code of Conduct. http://www.thempa.com/benefits.php
The Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers
SWPP has grown very quicky under the leadership of its CEo Phil Jones. Its aim is to providing quality training and mentoring to everyone who wants to progress in Professional photography.
Enthusiastic amateurs are welcome and can benefit, like us professionals, from a wide range of training and mentoring.
